OMG IT’S THE FUCKING JOKER. Variant covers for Batman #13, out October 10th.




DC Comics has released some new covers that include a complete image of the newly-redesigned Joker on a Batgirl cover. The release was either a mistake or a leak, but either way designer Greg Capullo was not happy. He did say, however, that the image above is quite mild compared to what we will see of the new Joker in Batman #13, due out October 10th. Here’s what he had to say on twitter: The fact is, the way Scott [Snyder] and I will give you the Joker may have been too much for some with out this diluted sample hitting the web… So, even if you do see the leak, you ain’t seen nothing yet. Trust me. I’m still not going to reveal my sketches. I won’t let this incident blow the whole works. Be patient. Terror is heading your way.
